Institute of model contractual constructions in civil law: legal features and development prospects

In the article, the author considers the varieties and legal features of typical contractual designs. It is determined that the contractual structures provided for in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are an independent legal institution of civil law. Different points of view of scientists regarding the definition of a typical contractual design are considered and the absence of a single definition of it is revealed. Special features inherent exclusively in standard contractual designs were identified and a conclusion was made about their independent significance in relation to civil law contracts.
