Institute of authorization on the rights of the bedroom and its place in the legal regulation mechanism

The article is devoted to the main historical and contemporary aspects of the institution of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. It also deals with the legal regulation of the child rights commissioner in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. At present, human rights and freedoms have become one of the system-forming factors of the globalization of the political and legal sphere. It is natural that the Constitutions and Fundamental Laws of practically all modern states contain in themselves a direct reference to recognition as the basic value of a person and child, their rights and freedoms.
