Development institutions as a part of the institutional infrastructure of the growth-oriented economics

The article deals with contemporary issues determining the place and role of development institutions in the institutional infrastructure of the growth-oriented economic system. The author estimates the quality of modern development institutions in Russia, their influence on the investment processes in the context of economy transition from the stagnation stage to the recovery one. The paper reveals the causes of dysfunctions of development institutions and presents guidelines on how to improve effectiveness of their work considering the need for implementation of the monetary and investment policy stimulating economic growth.
