Institutions of development: accounting the factor of stage identification of territories

Based on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the article establishes that in modern conditions, investments accumulated by institutions of development are considered as additional funds that can help maintain and increase economic potential, which makes their study relevant. It is noted that in the implementation of support, increased attention should be paid to the factor of the stadial belonging of the territory of the location of business structures, which forms the possibility of providing this support and meeting the needs for its implementation by the state and private investors.
