Instrumental equipment of management roles in activities of economic systems

The relevance of research and technologization of managerial roles is aimed at the implementation of process management in economic systems of any purpose. A study of the purpose and content of managerial roles for the formation and maintenance of productive activities of employees and regulatory behavior in organizations has been conducted. The technology for implementing the key managerial role of the "head" in the organization has been developed and presented. The technology of conflict management is presented, which allows to equip the role-playing activities of specialists with tools for the implementation of professional tasks and decision-making.
