Indicative planning tools for regional socioeconomic systems

The article considers indicative planning tools for regional socioeconomic systems developed in the country and its regions. The author states specifics and shortcomings, and discusses ways of problem solution on all the management levels. Also, it is suggested a new indicative planning tool for innovative activities in the context of the private-public partnership on the subsystem level. The studied range of problems is sufficiently relevant.
