Instruments of automation of personnel management on example of existing domestic and foreign HR-systems

This article raises the issue of automation of personnel management. We have examined the main and most popular HR systems today, both foreign and domestic. In the comparative table, their detailed analysis is carried out according to various criteria and a conclusion is made about the appropriateness of using any HR-system in organizations.
