CRM tools in the mobile system of health protection for the population of remote localities

It is shown that the creation of a mobile system of health protection of the population (MSHPP) of remote settlements based on the technology of mobile monitoring framework ha the health of patients and public telecommunications make it possible to maintain a high level of medical care availability and timeliness of its delivery to the residents of the regional «hinterland» in the context of optimizing the network of district and village health facilities. It is determined that to increase the degree of personified MASN in the composition of its components should include collaborative medical CRM system.
