Instruments of portfolio formation strategy for innovative development of enterprises in the military-industrial complex

The role of innovative potential in formation of the portfolio strategy is determined in this article. The analysis of the concept of “innovative potential” is made; the structure of innovative potential is suggested; the assessment indicators of the achieved potential and the potential critical potential are presented. The methodology of formation of the portfolio strategy of innovative development of the enterprise is developed.
