The article describes the recent changes in legislation for the implementation of integrated development projects. The authors have made a classification of differences between infill development projects and integrated development projects. Financing of such projects is carried out through the use of two models - concession agreements or public-private partnership agreements and municipal-private partnerships. The advantages and differences of these models are described.
