In modern conditions in the world economy and business, an integrated strategy for supply chain management (SC) is being implemented. The basic condition is the digitalization of logistics processes in supply chains and multimodal transportation. As the results of our own research and worldexperience show, the main trend in the development of SC in the era of digital transformation is the construction and application of system management tools based on organizational sustainability and chaos engineering (engineering). The analysis of the dynamics of changes in cargo transportation during a pandemic shows significant losses in volumes and the impossibility of effective use of previously existing methods for managing the SC at all stages of the life cycle. The purpose of the study is to search for and assess the prospects for the use of innovative tools of chaos engineering and organizational stability. The study established the reasonability of developing a comprehensive strategy for organizational sustainability based on the principles of balancing the entire system to maximize profits. Organizational sustainability is a vital aspect to ensure that a business is always ready for the future. The instrumental core for the implementation of an integrated strategy and system tools is a proposal for a mobile business architecture focused on the infrastructure of a digital autonomous matrix (DAM). The result of the study was also the justification for the use of chaos engineering tools based on the principles of determining a "stable" state, creating a hypothesis about the subsequent state, introducing variables that reflect events that correspond to reality. These methods use the systematic application of tests and experiments of the behavior of the entire system, and not only of its individual functional parts and traditional statistical data. Chaos engineering principles and tools are aimed at preventing incidents through mobile planning, implementing business processes and verifying them using tests and experiments, which is an important step in the development of scientific and methodological principles and tools of digital logistics.
