Tools and factors of enterprise competitiveness: general approaches

The article is devoted to the study of general concepts and approaches in identifying tools and factors of competitiveness of modern enterprises. It is concluded that the tools for improving the competitiveness of an enterprise can be divided into internal and external, and also depend on its industry and individual characteristics. The key competitive advantages and factors of competitiveness are identified on the example of enterprises of the mobile communication market, which allows optimizing the choice of tools for improving the competitiveness of these companies, taking into account their industry specifics.
