Tools of material incentives in corporate business

The purpose of the article is to consider the main tools of material incentives that are used in corporate business to increase the work activity of employees. The author concludes that, despite the transformation of value orientations in modern society, material incentives remain a fundamental factor in increasing labor productivity and improving the systemic quality of performance of labor functions. In this regard, representatives of corporate management must approach the selection and implementation of material incentive tools as carefully as possible, which, with optimal financial security, can guarantee the maximum commercial effect. The choice of tools should take into account the specifics of the business processes being implemented, the characteristics of existing and potential human capital, as well as the management and administrative capabilities of the enterprise.
