This article analyzed the features of the implementation of the UMMC Business System, which contribute to increasing the motivation and involvement of the personnel of a metallurgical enterprise. The relevance of this study is due to the need for an in-depth study of the means of motivation and the formation of an idea of their effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to study the results of the introduction of the UMMC BS and operational transformation in terms of increasing employee motivation and involvement. The tasks included studying the current tools of the BS UMMC and the tasks of their implementation. The methodological basis of the study is observation, study and generalization of information, synthesis of the results obtained. Particular attention is paid to the current state of the UMMC BS at the enterprise and the results of the introduction of tools. It was found that the use of the "Problem Solving Board" and "Idea Factory" tools has a positive effect both on the motivation of employees and their involvement in the process of improving the work processes of the enterprise, and on improving the economic performance of production. The results obtained can be used in the development of staff motivation strategies and the creation of systems for improving the efficiency of the processes of enterprises in the metallurgical industry.
