In this article will be examined a theory of staff motivation of A. Maslow and E. Shein and a generation theory of W. Straus and N. Hove and will be revealed a bond between theories. In the article is substantiated the necessity to use instruments of intangible motivation to separate staff groups. As a result of research the author draws a conclusion about necessity to use different instruments of intangible motivation to different generations of staff.
