Modern economic conditions require effective management organization. At the same time, it is important not only to plan and implement, but also to control the management staff. Currently, there is a wide range of assessment tools and techniques used to assess the quality of management. The article presents the main ones. An assessment of their applicability and effectiveness is also given. To organize an effective management process, a set of methods should be applied, taking into account the characteristics of the enterprise.
