The article explores the specifics of assessing the enterprise human capital from the perspective of understanding the features of its reproduction cycle. Emphasis is placed on the qualitative characteristics of human capital: at the development stage, this refers to the availability of formal and informal training for employees; at the utilization stage, this refers to assessing the level of competency mastery based on developed competency matrices. The qualitative characteristics of human capital are determined by the knowledge and competencies of employees, which influence enterprise productivity. The dependence on the quality of human capital is particularly pronounced in high-tech enterprises, which operate in an environment of constant innovation, complex technological processes, and the need to ensure high precision. The proposed approach to assessing human capital enables the identification of hidden reserves aimed at increasing productivity. The resulting results allow for the substantiation of management decisions that improve enterprise efficiency and optimize personnel investment costs.
