A multi level system tools prevent offences in the financial sphere

In the article the author considers the directions of committing offenses in the financial and credit sphere and measures to counter them. The six-level system of using measures to combat crimes is revealed, as well as the value of the personal factor in ensuring their counteraction is determined.
