The tools to overcome the backwardness of Russian innovation

The article discusses the reasons for the backward development of the Russian economy, which proved impossible to overcome, neither the planned nor the market nor the state-corporate organizational instruments. The paper provides the substantiation and development of national innovative digital platform. This multicomponent platform with a high degree of government regulation can maximize the benefits of market relations and be an effective organizational tool to overcome the contradictions of the backlog of domestic innovation. Forming and conducting in everyday practice the national innovation platform has become one of the leading projects of strategic national socio-economic development.
