Process management tools in economic systems

The systematization of the elements and processes of the organization allowed the author to use the theoretical basis for the formation and practical application of some methodological tools in management activities. Understanding the forms and content of various management attributes allowed us to develop a set of very simple, at the same time sufficiently adequate means of research, construction and restructuring of processes and their components to understand their content in activity structures and relationships. The presentation of these methodological tools as possible and / or necessary means of change within the framework of process management will allow them to clearly form their instrumental equipment, which, ultimately, will allow to bring an increment of productivity in the processes of activity and communication.
