The present study is focused on equipping methodological tools of the subprocess of career management of specialists for the formation and maintenance of procedures for solving management problems in the organization. The subprocess of managing the career of specialists is considered as a subprocess that determines the existence and development of the process of managing the development of specialists of the organization. The content of the attributes of the normative state of the subprocess of career management of the organization's specialists is determined. Technologies for solving management problems have been developed, a document management model has been built, various methodological tools for implementing technological equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization's personnel management process have been proposed.
