Instruments for stimulating the economic development of the south of Russia

The article analyzes the dynamics of the gross regional product of the South of Russia for the period 2015-2019, substantiates organizational-economic and administrative-legal instruments for stimulating economic development, in particular, tax, administrative, economic mechanisms, specifies the components of the socio-economic effect arising from the implementation of the proposed tools.
