The common properties of strategic planning in the defense-industrial complex (DIC) of Russia are considered in the article. The control parameters as prognostic indicators for strategic planning of the DIC enterprises are systematized. The relevant task of the effective application of the hierarchy analysis and decision matrixmethod is solved. The strategies for the production program formation of the DIC enterprises are developed.
