Management and financing instruments of working capital in JSC Zernovoy terminal KSK activity

In the article working capital financing instruments of a non-public joint stock company by using of bank crediting, overdraft, factoring operations are considered. Features of their using in activity of the concrete enterprise are revealed. The comparative analysis of management and financing current assets’ instruments is given; the conclusions proving advantage of factoring to implementation of short-term financing are given.
