Competitiveness management tools enterprises of the real sector of the Russian economy (on the example of KAMAZ PJSC)

The article presents an analysis of the factors of competitiveness of a car manufacturing enterprise in the domestic and foreign markets. It formulated management tools, which increase exports and improve the efficiency of the implementation of competitive potential (for example, the PJSC KamAZ). It is highlighted the development strategy of the automotive industry, the implementation of which ensures the achievement of competitive advantages: a leadership strategy in costs, a strategy, which diversifies production, a strategy of differentiation of production. It is presented organizational measures aimed at improving the competitiveness of the automotive industry.
