Management tools in the system of input control

In article introduction of the international standards in activity of the meat-processing enterprises in connection with Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization is proved. The essence and the economic maintenance of instruments of entrance control reveals. The regulations of entrance control consisting of eight stages, defining executives, their functional duties, forms of results are submitted. The algorithm of functioning of the mechanism of entrance control in the form of sequence of actions is described when carrying out procedure of entrance control.
