The study explores the impact of integrating modern information technologies (EAM/CMMS, IoT, predictive analytics) on the efficiency of managing industrial fixed assets. Using a systematic literature review and empirical analysis of Rosstat data (2023–2024), statistically significant correlations were found between the depth of IT integration and improved key performance indicators: increased overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by 5–15%, reduced maintenance costs by 8–12%, and decreased unplanned downtime by 15–22%. The research highlights challenges such as data fragmentation, outdated maintenance processes, and a lack of cross-functional expertise. A multi-level model for assessing digitalization effectiveness, incorporating direct and indirect benefits, is proposed alongside recommendations for phased technology adoption, process transformation, and change management. The findings offer practical tools to enhance enterprise competitiveness through optimized asset management.
