Integration of visually impaired people into information society

The article highlights the issues of adaptation for visually impaired people, particularities of their valuable orientations. Adaptation allows the disabled people to use its potential not only for personal use, but also for the good of his entourage. The most important condition for self-realization of disable person is the extension of the scope of its independence, by which is meant to overcome their isolation, the acquisition of ability to master and apply without direct outside assistance knowledge and skills to solve everyday problems.
