The article discusses the relevance of integrating ecotherapy into educational programs for physical training of students of higher educational institutions. The main idea of the work is that the use of natural components and environmental techniques not only improves the physical condition of students, but also strengthens their psycho - emotional health. The integration of ecotherapy into physical training creates unique conditions for active learning and promotes a more extended interaction of students with nature. The types and structure of ecotherapy have also been studied. The author points out the need to introduce ecotherapy into educational programs, emphasizing the importance of teacher training, the creation of appropriate infrastructure and the development of methodological materials. This will help to develop environmental awareness among young people and increase motivation to play sports.
