Integration as a form of Russian enterprises adaptation to the current market conditions

The necessity of further integration processes activation of enterprises in the current Russian economy is argued. Inter-company integration is viewed as one of the possible ways to increase economic stability and production efficiency. The role of integrated business groups in Russian economy and in Volgograd region is discussed in the paper. A formal structure of integrated business group and the most well-known classifications of integration relations between enterprises in the market economy are presented.
