Miniinvasive navigation technologies are in multifield medical establishment: the modern state and prospects

Generalized and analyzed work experience for the last seven years of work in FSBI «NMSC. N.I. Pirogov» of the Ministry of Health of Russia. 2117 operations under the control of ultrasound and X-ray television were performed, of which 1110 for diseases of the hepatopancreatobiliary zone, 443 for postoperative complications, 624 for lesions of other organs. The age of patients varied from 18 to 93 years (mean age was 44.6 years); Women 53%, men were 47%. All patients were on inpatient treatment. Minimally invasive operations were performed under conditions of a specially equipped operating room. About a third of the total number of performed operations were diagnostic in nature, in other cases, medical. In the postoperative period, the effectiveness of minimally invasive interventions was assessed, based on monitoring the amount and quality of the drainage, the general condition of the patient, laboratory parameters, the results of instrumental and radiopaque studies.
