Integration of science with education as an element in the system of continuing education

The article is devoted to issues of integration of science into education as an element in the system of continuing education. It is contended that one of the major stages of education is a pre-diploma academic stage crucial for developing basic creative, research and social skills of a person able to solve prospective innovative tasks in various spheres of science, engineering and technology.
