Integration of the formation of the EAEU countries in the context of digital transformation: problems, development prospects

The article justifies the need to integrate the formation of the EAEU countries in the context of digital transformation, proved the relevance of this process. The purpose of the article is to identify the scientific problem, develop the main tasks and determine the expected results of the study of the problem of integrating the education of the EAEU countries in the context of digital transformation. The theoretical basis of the study was: regulatory legal documents of Russia, regulatory legal documents of partner states, scientific literature. The study used theoretical methods (synthesis, analysis, modeling) and empirical methods (observation, content analysis, secondary analysis of scientific data). The study reveals the solution to the problem of integrating the education of the EAEU countries in the context of digital transformation and provides a justification for the relevance of the solution to the problem stated in the article, the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation and the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of Education.” Imbalances in educational migration for the EAEU countries were identified, the need to develop mechanisms for regulating the “export “/” import” of students within the union was determined. The results of the study of the need for the integration of the formation of the EAEU countries in the context of digitalization made it possible to determine the system tasks and expected results. Specific results are presented that can be applied by the state authorities of the EAEU countries.
