Integration of a process-oriented approach into the development of a structural and organizational platform of an enterprise

The presented research represents a comprehensive study aimed at the development and successful implementation of an effective structural and organizational platform in a company specializing in the production and sale of PVC products. The study carefully analyzed the main shortcomings of current business processes, such as uncertainty of goals and objectives, insufficient automation and integration between departments of the company. The developed platform represents an integrated approach, including clear definition of goals, automation of key processes, close integration between departments and an effective reporting system. The results of the implementation of this platform confirm its significant positive contribution: improving internal processes, increasing employee productivity, improving customer service and, of course, increasing the financial stability and profitability of the company.
