Russia's integration into global innovation space: conceptual and managerial approach

The article deals with the problem of integration of the Russian national innovation system in the global innovation space from the perspective of the management approach. The author's group of global factors in the development of innovative processes in the degree of accountability to manage the impact of the state as a tool for decision-making.
