This paper proposes interesting and innovative methods for visualising and analyzing BSC and 6 sigma results in the context of project management, project management process improvement and digital process and product design. Particular attention is paid to 3D petal charts as an effective tool for visualising data and tracking the dynamics of key project KPIs. The integration of BSC and 6 Sigma allows for a comprehensive assessment of project performance and quality, which contributes to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Overall, these methods represent a valuable tool for project management and improving the quality of digital products. The multidimensional BSC and 6 Sigma matrix in digital double development is a valuable tool for managing quality and results and helps to get a high level of efficiency and satisfaction. The use of a multi-dimensional matrix on BSC and 6 Sigma leads to the development of digital processes and digital products, provides comprehensive analysis and optimization to achieve the desired results. The integration of the multidimensional matrix of the BSC and 6 Sigma into the management of IT projects provides a comprehensive and structured approach to project management, which allows optimizing processes, risk management to minimize and ensure high-quality results. A three-dimensional petal diagram of 6 Sigma leads to improvement in project management and provides an interesting and visual tool for visualizing the results of 6 SIGMA in project management. The three-dimensional diagram of the balanced indicators and 6 SIGMA system for the digital process and the design of the digital product provides a comprehensive analysis of the project management process and the prediction of the results.
