The integration of the Swiss model of management culture in the management system of domestic health care institutions

This article substantiates the importance of a highly developed healthcare sector. The main features of the Swiss business mentality are singled out. The key aspects, mechanisms of the Swiss administrative culture, influencing the activity of organizations are considered. Based on the analysis of the Swiss administrative culture and the foundations of deontology, a recommendation has been made for the modernization of the administrative culture of domestic health care institutions.
