Integration of criminal law knowledge in the context of legal science patterns

The article analyzes the impact on the development of legal science of universal laws of integration and differentiation of knowledge, a clear manifestation of which are contradictory trends in the reform of the nomenclature of scientific specialties over the past decade. The author tends to evaluate positively the integrated approach to criminal law sciences, reflected in the adopted new Nomenclature of scientific specialties, predicting that it will serve as a synergetic impulse that led to a comprehensive increase in scientific knowledge, taking into account the changed conditions.
