Agglomeration of universities as factor for the development of innovation potential of the region

Leading role of integral processes of intellectual and innovation potential with the participation of universities in the development of regions is highlighted in the article. Examples and forms of universities agglomeration as non-commercial organisation in the Privolzhsky Federal District are considered.
