Integral Approach to Assessing the Effectiveness of the Mechanism for Ensuring the Competitiveness of Organizations

The article is devoted to the development of an integral approach to assessing the effectiveness of the mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of organizations. The necessity of creating a specialized methodological toolkit that takes into account the dual socio-economic nature of cooperative organizations is substantiated. The author’s system of assessment criteria is proposed, which includes four blocks: market and social positioning, financial stability, efficiency of economic activity, and cooperative and marketing policies. A six-level gradation of competitiveness with interval values of the integral coefficient has been developed. The methodology synthesizes a dynamic approach to assessment with a detailed system of weighted parameters, providing visualization of the results on the competitiveness polygons. The research results form a methodological basis for making strategic management decisions, conducting systematic monitoring of the competitive positions of cooperative organizations in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy while preserving their social mission.
