The Constitution, as the basic law of the Russian State, plays an important integrative role in strengthening the State and developing the legal system of the society. It is from this perspective that the author explores the features of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as other normative legal acts. The main idea of the article is the proposition of that the integrative function of the basic law manifests itself not only in the law and the system of legislation, but also in the politics, economy and spiritual and cultural life of society.
