Objective: to provide scientific integrative evidence of development and correction of training process based on aggregative characteristics of functional and metabolic state. We examined girls (aged 14-15) who do competitive swimming. Sportsmen qualification is first class and sub-master sportsman. To obtain aggregative data we used systemic non-invasive analyzer and rapid urine screener. We obtained aggregative results of blood system, metabolic types, connective tissue characteristics, enzyme and hormone activity, systemic and organ circulation. The results of study discovered phases of oxidation processes, glycolysis and transient processes of fatigue. It must be noted that the results of study discovered energy sources of special functional system of young female swimmers, stability and sensibility of elements of functional system that allows predicting sports performance.
Blood, metabolic processes, local-regional muscular endurance, bilirubin, enzymes, reference limits, hormones, circulation, ferments
