Training strategy and aims in yearly macrocycle require aggregate data on training process mesocycles, assessment of adaptation phases, fitness level, sportsmen' recovery rate. This differentiation involves morphological status assessment; assessment of aerobic power in ergospirometric step-test (cardiopulmonary test) with acquisition of phases of adaptation, fatigue and recovery; strength capacity assessment with polydynamometr; assessment of capacity, efficiency and effectiveness at telemetric assessment of multifunctional state (12 leads of ECG and respiratory data); technical readiness assessment through registration of kinematic indicators and integrative analysis (spatial and rhythm properties of the cycle, amplitude of motor actions (MA) etc).Term control of operative and present condition including spinal scan, urine analyzer, non-invasive system analyzer, functional tests with breath-holding, special readiness test, posturologic assessment of sense of equilibrium. Ski race specialization (sprinters, distance racers, «relay racers», «finishers») requires differentiated assessment of adaptive state phases, loading graduation, training means content, integrated control and accelerated recovery.Abrupt dynamics of training effects is a part of qualitative assessment of trainingprocess (TP) characteristics leading to high sport performance. However, such regimen can be achieved only through systematic increase of training effects (TE) at special preparatory stage. Basic component of this preparation includes concentrated development of local regional muscle endurance (LRME). Whole cycle of LRME development including interference stage lasts from 2.5 up to 3.0 months. It provides formation of multifunctional ability reserve that allows for preserving prolonged phase of stable adaptation at decrease in scope and increase in intensity that sometimes exceeds competitive speeds.The article presents fragment of factors defining sport performance (atmosphericpressure, aggregate assessment of local temperature, peripheral blood).
