An integrative-convergent approach in the management of an agricultural organization

The article discusses the integrative-convergent approach to managing an agricultural enterprise. The relevance of this study is noted, due to the complexity and multifaceted nature of the industry, the need to constantly adapt the industry to changing economic conditions, technical innovations, climate, as well as the need to constantly improve the quality of products and, as a consequence, introduce innovations into the industry. The opinion of the expert community of scientists on the integrative-convergent approach to the management of an agricultural organization is given, and foreign experience is considered, and the great potential of the method is noted. The problems of using an integrative-convergent approach in managing an agricultural organization are voiced. Recommendations for introducing this approach into management are presented.
