The structural and functional organization of the heart with implanted electrocardiostimulation system and quality of life under cardiostimulation were studied. Transformation of the electrophysiological and structural parameters in the heart were shown. Decrease of electrical heterogeneity of myocardium was revealed. The development of informational entropy of the heart system is correlated with dynamics of the structural transformation.
