Integration in cognition as the basis for general education improvement

The article considers gnoseological basics of integrative processes taking part in general education directed to integral student's perception of the world of nature, person and society. It reveals the relationships of processes of explanation, comprehension and introspection as cognition phenomena. It ends up with the conclusion on necessity to include into the content of school subjects the information of philosophic, historic, value and semantic aspects that provide humanization of general education and its implementation into integral attitude and world view formation of school students.
