Integrated educational programme for prospective specialists in innovation activity

The article presents the experience of Penza State Technological Academy in creating and testing the educational programme and technology for specialists in innovation activity. The authors express an assertion that an ideal final outcome should be the forming of such an integral competency as professional creativity.
