The integrated environment of knowledge creation and transfer in the system of internet-learning Hecadem 4.0

The article is devoted to the ways of decision the problems of knowledge management in education with the help of modern information technologies. The methods and means to create a unified environment of knowledge creation and transfer, which provides flexible control of learning and skills, are considered. The article describes the implementation of the proposed approaches in the system Internet-learning HECADEM 4.0.
