Integrated learning of foreign languages at technical universities in the context of disciplinary integration

The article deals with issues concerning content and language integrated learning (CLIL) in higher educational institutions. The purposes, general principles and advantages of this method of learning are described. Its implementation in technical universities is exemplified by the integrated course “The English language and IT”.
