Integrated approach to monitoring the implementation of regional development strategies

The methodological aspects of strategic control over the implementation of regional development strategies are considered. Methods for monitoring deviations, environmental signals, and crisis situations are proposed, as well as an integrated algorithm for monitoring the implementation of strategies which combines these methods for practical application. The application of dynamic design in the adjustment and adaptation of regional development strategies is considered. A number of properties of complex systems that hinder the successful implementation of strategies are given.
